The iconic lighting company Flos asked me to photograph their new installation at their London showroom surrounding a range of lights that have been developed from the designs of Gino Sarfatti. The pictures have featured in the interiors magazine "Wallpaper*" and are currently on the front page of the Flos website under the title of "London Celebrates Gino Sarfatti"

I was really pleased to hear that I won second place in the Editorial/Documentary - Single Image Category of the International Kontinent Awards for a photograph that I shot in Liberia

I was also notified by the Humanity Photo Awards that my series of portraits entitled "Conflict is not the division of land but the division of people" photographed in the Caucasus, has been shortlisted for round two in the Portrait and Costume category. There were 7000 entries to the competition and 89 shortlisted in my category. You can see the announcement at

On Friday 5th July the Emirates Aviation Experience was officially opened by Mayor of London, Boris Johnson and Tim Clark, President of Emirates Airline.
The Emirates Aviation Experience is a celebration of flight and includes four commercial flight simulators, a 3D hologram of the internal mechanisms of an aircraft, an HD video-wall and a full-size nose-cone and flight deck of an A380.

The architectural magazine "UK Construction" published a case study on architectural and interior photography citing Photobanks Ltd and two recent projects that I have photographed.
The article highlights the merits of using professional photography and should really be applied to every industry. It asks fundamental questions such as, if you are at the top of your game, working with the most talented staff and the best quality materials then why do so many companies overlook the importance of good photography to capture the design and finish of their work?
